30. The General Committee may in their dis- cretion at any time withdraw the privileges accorded to a visitor.
General Provisions with regard to Membership.
31. If any Member shall be convicted of an indictable offence, or be adjudged a bankrupt, or make a composition or arrangement with his creditors, he shall thereupon cease to be a Member of the Club; but the General Committee shall have power in their discretion to reinstate him on such terms as they may think fit.
32. It shall be the duty of the General Committee, if at any time they shall be of opinion that the interests of the Club so require, by letter to invite any Member to withdraw from the Club within a time specified in such letter and in default of such with- drawal to submit the question of his expulsion to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held within one calendar month after the date of such letter. At such meeting the Member whose expulsion is under con- sideration shall be allowed to offer an explanation of his conduct verbally or in writing, and if thereupon two-thirds of the Members present shall vote for his expulsion he shall thereupon cease to be a Member of the Club and cease to be entitled to use the Club premises or to any of the privileges of the Club. Provided that the voting at any such Extraordinary General Meeting shall be by ballot if not less than five Members present thereat shall so demand. It shall be in the power of the General Committee to exclude such Member from the Club premises until such Extraordinary General Meeting shall be held.
33. Subject to the express provisions of these Articles and of the Memorandum of Association and to any Bye-laws made by the General Committee as
