15. Flying Members shall pay an entrance fee of $30 in advance. Subscribing Members shall pay an entrance fee of $20 in advance.
16. The monthly subscription for a Flying Member shall be $5 and for a Subscribing Member $3, payable on the first day of each month in advance.
17. A Flying Member wishing to abandon his status as such and to become a Subscribing Member may do so upon giving one calendar month's written notice, expiring on the last day of any calendar month, to the Secretary to that effect, and from and after the expir- ation of such notice he shall become a Subscribing Member and shall only be liable for the subscription payable by a Subscribing Member. A Subscribing Member wishing to abandon his status as such and to become a Flying Member may do so by first paying an additional entrance fee of $10 and by giving one calendar month's written notice, expiring on the last day of any calendar month, to the Secretary to that effect, and from and after the expiration of such notice he shall become a Flying Member and shall be liable for the subscription payable by a Flying Member.
18. Members changing their place of residence shall give due notice to the Secretary; and shall furnish him with an address to which notices and letters may be scnt. All notices and letters sent by post or otherwise to such address (in default of notice of change of address) shall be considered as duly received by the Member. It shall not be necessary to send notices to a Member for the time being absent from the Colony.
19. No Member shall participate in any of the advantages of the Club or vote upon any question until he shall have paid his entrance fee, subscription, and any other claim the Club may have made against him.
