and to arrange with the Military Authorities for the
removal to be taken in hand early in 1933. Moreover
should it prove necessary in order to suit the military convenience to carry the ropeway over a small portion of
the Arsenal Yard I consider that a proportionate amount of the price payable for the whole area should also be
deducted.
