are prepared to accept liability

in the Hong Kong Secret despatch of
29th December, 1931, and to pay the
Hong Kong Goverment a proportionate
sum for the depreciation that will be
caused to the Naval Arsenal Yard as a
building site, by the retention of
the diverted ropeway.
