together with the following:-

(c) The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury, on demand, the sum of $8.00 for each additional

boundary stone which may be required to define

the lot, and also the cost of refixing any existing boundary stones, which will be supplied

and fixed by the Director of Public Works.

(a) The grant of this extension to be subject to

Government at any time having access ten feet on either side of the twenty-one inch main shown on

plan crossing the area, and to any levelling within fifty feet of this pipe being subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works. Inland Lot No.1949 is held for 999 years and I recommend that a similar term be granted in

respect of the extension.
