Amendment Ordinance, 1932, and to

passed by the Legislative Council
of Hong Kong without opposition on
the 18th of August last, and that in
a despatch dated the 5th of November,
the Officer Administering the Govern-
ment was informed that His Majesty
would not be advised to exercise his
power of disallowance in respect of
it.
