Sir,
With reference to your despatch No. 323 of
the 10th September, 1932, on the subject of the
Industrial and Reformatory Schools Ordinance, 1932,
I have the honour to forward the accompanying annotated
Table of Correspondence, which has been prepared by the
Acting Crown Solicitor, Mr. T.M. Hazlerigg the draftsman
of the Original Bill, together with a spare copy of the
Ordinance showing in red ink the deviations from the
· legislation on which the Ordinance is based.

I regret that the instructions contained in
Lord Passfield's circular of 6th November,1930, had
been overlooked.
