3. The Secretary of State will be
glad to receive any observations that the
Board may wish to offer on this Ordinance.
4. It is observed that Section 251
of the Ordinance does not provide any priority Camined tapes etc due to the brown.

enquire from the Governor why such provision
has not been included. It is also
proposed to point out to him that unless
very good reasons to the contrary exist, it
is desirable that the priorities granted in
the case of the liquidation of a Company
granted
should coincide with those in any ordinary
bankruptcy.
