Versus

Captain T. Pritchard, Master S.S. Sui Tai

residing on board

Defendant

(i) that you being the liaster of the S.S. Sui Tai did

at about 11.10 hours on the 26th day of July 1931

fail to observe Article 20 of the International

Collision Regulations thereby causing risk of

collision with the yacht "Tavy II"

(ii) that being the Master of the S.S.Sui Tai did

infringe Article 22 of the International Collision

regulations by passing ahead of the yacht Tavy II at

about 11.10 a.m. on 26th Day of July 1931.

Accused pleads:- Not Guilty.

Second Charge added.

Accused raises no objection.
