(2) Where the case of an officer falls partly under this
order and partly under order No.143A the drawings will be separated and distinguished, and be respectively dealt with under the order applicable thereto.
(3) Where under this order or under order No. 143A any sum is to be repaid by an officer, his salary will be liable
to deductions for the recovery thereof; directions will be given to the Treasurer and/or Crown Agents as to the
deductions to be made.
Such method or recovery will not
preclude the taking of any other steps for recovery of any
such sum."
