Copies of the speech by the Colonial Secretary, of the draft Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for 1932, of an Abstract showing the difference between the Approved Estimates of Expenditure for 1931 and the Estimates of Expenditure for 1932, of a memorandum by the Colonial Treasurer, which has been drawn up on the lines indicated 728230 in paragraph 5 of Lord Passfield's despatch No.39 of 30th
January, 1931, and of a memorandum by the Director of Public Works in explanation of the items included under the head 'Public Works Extraordinary' are enclosed.
