I have examined the accompanying Ordinance.
intituled an
Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty-six million
six hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred and
eighty-seven Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1932,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not
contrary to the Governor's instructions.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.
In my opinion this is and Ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
