Sir,
With reference to sub head 12 Head 31,
"Imperial Institute, Exhibits of Hong Kong (£200)" in
the 1932 Estimates, I have the honour to request that
subject to your approval of the Estimates the Crown
Agents may be instructed to pay to the Imperial
Institute early next year the sum of £180. The balance
of £20 is being reserved for local expenditure in
connection with samples and their carriage to London.
Should it be found unnecessary to incur this local
expenditure the Crown Agents will be requested at a
later date to pay the balance to the Institute.
