I have the honour to submit for the signification
of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled :
An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary sum of Five hundred and seventeen
thousand and fifteen dollars and thirty cents to
defray the Charges of the year 1932.

I have further to transmit in accordance with
Colonial Regulation No.239 the Appropriation Account for the
year 1932 which embodies full information respecting the
excesses and savings under each sub-head of the Estimates
of Expenditure.

Copies of the Hansard Reports of the proceedings
in Legislative Council, together with copies of the Treasurer's
Incl. No.5-Report on the Finances for the year 1932, are enclosed.
