1.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance., intituled an Ordinance to Authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary Sum of Five hundred and seventeen
thousand and fifteen Dollars and thirty Cents to
defray the Charges of the year 1932, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not
contrary to the Governor's instructions.
2.
This is the usual annual Supplementary Appropriation
Ordinance for the charges of the previous year.
3. I am of opinion that this is an Ordinance to
which His Excellency the Governor may properly
assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
