Collateral security an balance sheet I understand to mean
security additionel to personal security.
His own personal
security is not as I understand it collateral security. I
found nothing that could be termed colla caral security and
placed in balance sheet as such.
Au Kai Kow male application for some of the 11,330 shares,
folio 11 of x.U shows on 24.4.27 that his application
money ($150) was due and on 10.6.27 first call money($150).
On 22.11.27 they cancelled the amount due from him by
transferring it to Allotment Suspense count i.e. on
22.11.27 that nothing was due from him.
Au Ping Nam 30.8.27 owed $1,000 in respect of allotment and
1st cell; in November 1927 this debt was cancelled by trans-
ferrence to allotment Suspense account. According to book
therefore nothing was due.
Ho King Shing 1,000 was treated in same way. Lid Yuen Tang
$1,000 same way. Cheung wing Fuk $25,000, Yuk Lok Kwan
$10,000, less $1,000 psia in cash in July 1927, same way.
Sin Wing Tak $10,000 apparently applied for 1000 was alloted
100 and balance of $9,000 was transferred to Allotment
Suspense Account in November 1927. Nothing was due from
him in respect of the $9.000. Lan Lap Trk Kee $1,250, less
$250 paià, was treated in same way. Lan Lap Yin Kee $1,000
treated in same way. Lam Lap Kwan Keo £1000. Siu Kon Cha
upplied for 1,000, was alloted 100 paid cash $1,000, balance
$9,000 transferred to Allotment Suspense account. Kwan Hoi
Tin $55,000, less $10,000 paid in cash, was treated same way
dis 1,000 forfeited shares of nominal value $100,000 were
also included in same sccount allotment Suspense Account),
Au Kai Kow appears in Ex.M (Register of members) but he has
acquired no shares according to book. Same with Au Ping Nam
