Deft in Court.
As before.
2nd Witness George Beresford Labrum
recalled. I produce my day
book referred to yesterday. There is an entry for 200 balance
sheets on 21.6.28. The entry is in my own handwriting.
XX 300 copies were delivered on 13.7.28. Before delivery
nothing but proofs could have been delivered. I wrote letter
to Instone Banking Corporation on 10.6.28 quoting them for the
work. The type was set up by that date. I should say proofs could easily have been delivered on that day.
Re X. After writing that letter I might have submitted proofs
before having a definite order for the work.
