accounts receivable by the said Company which

amounted to the sum of 221,360 dollars and 87 cents,

of collateral security loans which amounted to

349,630 dollars, of mortgage and long term loane

amounting to 266,630 dollars, of stocks, shares and

investments which amounted to 484,831 dollars and

80 cents, und of ancalled capital which amounted to

1,420,950 dollars, and that the liabilities of the

said Instone Banking Corporation Limited consisted

of capital issued md subscribed amounting to

2,613,260 dollars, and of customers' deposite

amounting to 466,400 dollars and 25 cents.

Publishing fraudulent staterert, contrary to section

71 of the arceny Ordinance, 1865.

Particulare of offence

Noel Instone Brewer, on or about the 9th day of July,

1928, at Victoria in this Colony, being a director of

& public company called the instone Banking Corpora-

tion Limited, did make, circulate, or publish, or

concur in maging, circulating, or publishing a certain

written statement or account, being a balance sheet

of the said public company for the period ending the

30th day of April, 1928, dated the 6th day of June,

1928, and filed on the 9th day of July, 1928, with

the Registrar of Companies on behalf of the said

public company, which was false, in certain material

particulars, to wit, in that it was therein falsely stated that the assets of the said public company consisted of accounts receivable amounting to 221,360
