Noel Instone Brewer, on the 10th day of August, 1927, Victoria in this Colony, knowingly and wilfully made (otherwise than on outh) a statement false in a material
particular in a statutory report rade under the Companies Ordinance, 1911, such attement being that the total amount of cash received by the Instone Banking Corporation Linited in respect of the shares issued wholly for cash was 876,750
dollars.
