Application has been made to Chief Justice for a writ of habeas corpus on behalf of Nguyen Ai Quoo and Superintendent of Prison has been called upon to show cause why it should not be granted. I shall be glad to receive reply to my telegram as soon as possible. Deportation has been approved by Executive Council.
