which is stationed in the Colony will be supplied if
the Governor will furnish particulars of the
registration markings and the serial number of the
certificate of airworthiness.

As indicated above the Council think that

the Governor should be advised to accept Flight
Lieutenant Moss's recommendations so far as these
three aircraft are concerned (and other aircraft where
the Air Ministry is able to supply "Instructions to
Inspect"): if his reports on these aircraft are
returned to this department for perusal, the Council
will be glad to consider whether they could not recommend this officer as being competent to carry
out inspection in all cases.
