Certificates of
Air Council state that extended
enquiry has been made in regard to Flight Lieutenant „oss'
record and that they are now of opinion that you need
have no hesitation in accepting reports and
recommendations from him in regard to aircraft for which
detailed "Instructions to Inspect" have been supplied to
him.
Despatch follows with "Instructions to Inspect" for each
of the three Hong Kong aircraft registration of which
has been reported.
