The Hong Kong hypothetical pension will not be

the same as the African hypothetical pension.

All that Hong Kong has to do is to compute

her pension, leaving the other Colonies to compute

theirs. It does not follow that the apportionment

among the other Colonies of the hypothetical pension

arrived at by Hong Kong represents their pensions.

In Drury's case Hong Kong stated that the

Imperial pension was £413.10.11. This, of course,

was not BO.
