Hong Kong standard Class 1 and Class 11 agreements
on account of the new arrangements for the
conversion of sterling salaries.

minute of the 10th of April. As stated in
Mr. Calder's minute of the 23rd May, we think
that the draft should be referred to the Colonial
Government before it is reprinted.
