Dear furney,
I am sorry that I was on leave when you
returned to this country, and very much hope that you
had an interesting visit to Hong Kong and that you
kept fit and well. I had news of you from time to time
from friends of mine there, and also two snapshots of
you at the helm of a sailing boat.
We are having the draft Report typed, and as
soon as a copy is ready, I will send you one for you
to put in final order for formal submission to the
Secretary of State,
We are now getting on with the question of
money. As regards the balance of the honorarium, we
will tell the Crown Agents to pay to you what is due
after taking into account what you have already received
in liong Kong • |
