(ii) The addition of a reference to
gratuities as well as pensions in
Article 13.
(iii) The addition of the words "or whether
this Agreement is in force or not" to
Article 25.
These changes have been enfaced in red ink upon
the copies now forwarded.

Air Commodore Blandy at a meeting with
the Colonial Secretary verbally agreed to the
amendments suggested by Executive Council and is
forwarding the Draft with these amendments
included to his principals with his recommendation
for its approval.
