provided that reasonable notice to such requirements is given

to the Company.

ARTICLE 9.

In particular the Company undertakes, within a period

of twenty-four months from the signature of this Agreement

to provide, maintain and operate stations in the Colony

of Hong Kong giving efficient radio-telegraphic and radio-

telephonic service with Great Britain and Singapore and

efficient radio-electric communication with all other places

heretofore served by the Hong Kong R.dio 3ervices acquired

by the Company.

ARTICLE 10.

The Company undertakes to charge for radio-telograms

rates which are not greater than those at present in force

for telegraphic traffic by cable to similar points, or rates

which shall in future be agreed upon between the Governor

of Hong Kong and the Company being reductions of the present

ratcs, provided that there shall be special reduced rates

for Government and other agroed special classes of radio-

telegrams,

ARTICLE 11-

The rates to be authorised for radio-telephonic or

other services and royalties in respect thereof shall be

fixed by agreement between the Governor and the Company

and failing such agreement shall be determined by the Governor

in Council, In fixing such ratos provision shall be made

for special reduced rates for Government and other agreed

special clanous of servicos.

ARTICLE 12.

The Company undertakes, pending the installation of

its own offices and stations in the Colony, to take over o
