Majesty's Post Master General of the second part and the
Company of the third part authorising the maintenance
and working of certain wireless tolograph stations.
RTICI 5.
Subject to the approval of the Secretary of State
for the Colonies such 1:nd as may be agreed upon as
necessary for the erection and maintenance of radio-
electric stations, aorial systems and buildings
appertaining thereto shall be placed at the disposal
of the Company by lease, licence or otherwise on such
terms and conditions as may be agreed upon in cach case.
ARTICLE 6.
The Company shall be permitted to maintain the same
direct access to the public in connection with its
communications service as that now enjoyed by the Eastern
...xtension, Australia and China Telegraph Company Limited.
ARTICLE 7.
The Company shall if so requested by the Government
of Hong Kong pornit its communications scrvice to bo
connected with the Hong Kong Government syston of telephony and with the system of telephony of the Hong Kong Telephone
Company Limited on such terms as the Governor in Council
after discussion with the Companies concerned shall
consider reasonable.
ARTICLE 3.
The Company undertakes to provide, mintin and operate at its own expense the stations required to give
officicnt radio-electric communication at all times with all places heretofore served by the Hong Kong Radio Services cquired by the Company and also with such other places and in such manner as the Governor may require, subject to the approval of the ecretary of state for the Colonies, and
