provided by the Company, whereas it is the intention
that such stations should be provided by this Department.
It is suggested therefore that the words "with Great
Britain and Singapore" should be replaced by some such
words as "with such stations in Great Britain and
Singapore as may be approved by the Government
authorities concerned for the purpose".
