the proviso to Article 14 and not in

this Article, provided that it is clear

that there is no conflict between the

two Articles owing to faulty wording.

He is also prepared to accept the

proviso to Article 14 suggested in

your letter,

if at the end of

it are added the words "on terms

which the Postmaster General considers

satisfactory".

your Company in a position to render

the reception of such news services

as, for instance, that radiated from
