Article 12.

The Company shall repay to Government 75% of the

monthly rent of the Radio Office and shall pay the following

rates for communication lines used by the Company :-

For each pair of lines between Cape D'Aguilar

and the Radio Office - $617 per annum.

For each pair of lines between the Peak W/T Station

and the Radio Office - $117 per annum.

For each pair of lines between the Royal Observatory

and the Radio Office $234 per annum.

Article 13.

The Company shall repay the cost of all

electricity used as follows :-

Radio Telegraph Office 75% of the cost.

Observatory Receiving Station 75% of the cost

Transmitters Z.C.F.

Will be fitted with

Z.C.J.

Z.C.1.

Z.C.E.

electricity meters and the

Z.C.K.

Z.C.G.

whole cost of the current

2.C.H.

V.P.S.

used debited to the Company.

The Company shall also repay the cost of any

Government materials and labour used in maintaining any of the

above mentioned transmitters and apparatus used at the Radio

Telegraph Office or Receiving Station.

Article 14.

The Government and the Company agree to the exchange

of their lists of locally registered telegraphic addresses

(including the list in use by the Eastern Extension

Australasia and China Telegraph Company Limited) and to the use

of addresses registered in such lists for the services

contemplated by this transition Agreement.
