The draft Supplementary Agreement will require

considerable revision as Articles 3, 4 and 5 will no longer

be applicable. Article 10 of the draft agreement provides

for certain technical staff to be lent to the Company and

we shall be glad to know how this will be affected by the

arrangement now proposed that the Company shall provide

four engineers from its own staff.
