2. The Company is being asked to
instruct Messrs. Madgwick, Brumby, Wood,
and Jeffery to communicate with you
regarding their passage arrangements,
and I am to authorise you to provide
then with free first class passages to
Hong Kong at the earliest date on which
they will be available to sail, on hearing
from them. The cost of the passages
should be charged to Hong Kong funds.
