I think that Mr. Gent's draft telegram
is
in accordance with the minutes on 80703. I have not,
however, initialled it because I am afraid that I
still consider it to be entirely unreasonable and
I find that there is at least a possibility that
tne minutes on 80703 were written without a full
appreciation of their consequence. Under Article
13 of the draft Articles of Agreement the Company
