The letters passing between the Colonial Office and Messrs. Swire & Sons in March and April 1925. There is some evidence from the Admiralty files that there was other correspondence about this time between the Colonial Office and Messrs. Swire & Sons, and, if this is so, I shall be glad if it might be forwarded also.
