(b) The purchaser, vendor and "go-between" will be
arrested and sent to the Courts to be punished
according to law.
Those contravening Article 2 (A) will be treated as
buying and selling mut-tsai after the promulgation of
these regulations and will be dealt with in accordance
with Article 4.
Those contravening article 2 (B) (a) (b) (c) will be
first warned. If the offence is repeated a fine not
exceeding 10 will be inflicted. A third repetition
of the offence will be dealt with in accordance with
Article 4 (A).
Those contravening Article 2 (B) (d) where the offence
is not grave will be punished with imprisonment not
exceeding one month or a fine nt exceeding $30. If
the offence is grave it will be dealt with in accordance
with rticle 4 (A).
Contravention or Article 2 (C) (a) will result in the
mui-tsal being handed over to a Rescue Home to be
married.
Contravention or rticle 2 (C) (b) will result in the
marriage agreement being cancelled and a fresh une madc.
Contravention of article 2 (C) (c) will result in the
confiscation of the money received for the girl or for
the expense of bringing her up.
Contravention of Article 2 will result in the girl being
placed in a Rescue Home and in punishment by imprisonment
not exceeding one month or fine not exceeding 30.
Prior to the promulgation of these regulations, owners
of qui-tsai after applying for registration in accordance
with Article 2 (A) if they change their address, or if
