(B) Treatment.

for sons and daughters must be supplied.

Prior to the institution of a Rescue Home for Women the

provisions of Article 2 shall first be applied.

After

the Rescue Home has been established o....ners of mui-tgai

must send them to the Home.

Those contravening; the provisions of Article 1 are liable

to the following penalties:-

(a) Restoration of the mui-tsai to her relatives to

be cared for. If they are unable to support her

she will be handed over to be brought up in the

Rescue lomo for Tomen. rior to the institution

of the Rescue Home she will be temporarily placed

in the Institute for the Poor.
