shews that the Hong Kong Anti-Muitsai Society and the Society for the Protection of Children bring cases to the notice of the Government.
We shall hear further about the Inspectors
employed by these Societies, in reply to our
Untilwe despatch of 3rd June (No. 8) .
receive that reply, there are certainly no grounus for suggesting to the Governor that
inspection is not now adequate.
I agree that a copy of this report should
be placed in the House of Commons Library and
we should send a copy to the Anti-Slavery and
Aborigines Society. There is no point in
deferring doing that until they ask for it.
