With reference to your letters No.72351/30 of
1st January and 16th January, 1931 sad your seni
official communication No. 22757/81 of 10th March, 1931
regarding the revised foras of agreemant for the engage-
ment of officers for service in Hong Kong, I have the
honour to transmit for the infomastion of the Secretary
of State a copy of a letter received from the Colonial
Secretary and to enquire what action should be taken
in the matter
Copies of the revised forms of agreemant vere
forwarded with our letter of 15th April.
