official communication No. 82757/31 of 10th March, 1931
regarding the revised forms of agreement for the engage-
ment of officers for service in Hong Kong, I have the
honour to transmit for the information of the Secretary
of State a copy of a letter received from the Colonial
Secretary and to enquire what action should be taken
in the matter.
