Dear Mr. Elli

Thank you for four letter. I need not say that I

wholly gree with your advice.

I may have ry letter back from you, I will send it

with a personal letter to Hornell, whom I know very well, asking

the question suggest and inviting him to make suggestions

about the draft of the letter.

-

The letter would come back

from Hong Kong to me for consultation with you before it is sent

to Sir Robert Ho Tung in case, that is, Hornell thinks the time

is opportune for approaching him.
