The whole organisation of the fedical
and Sanitary services of this Colony han lately
been the subject of close enquiry and I felt that
I should be in a better position to exprene ay
views on individual points raised in the onus】
Heport then the wider questione now at issue have,
been more fully considered.

The Mireator of tedical and sanitary
Services, Dr. 4.7. sellington, ham on my instruction
prepared a full account of the existing organisation
and a number of recommendations for its improvement
and I take the opportunity of for arding herewith
fifteen
