of attracting Chinese students from Hong
Kong to British universities and workshops and
regarding steps that might generally be taken
for bringing the intellectual life of Great
Britain and China (Hong Kong) into closer
at home

The Chairman suggests that,
while this matter might receive preliminary
discussion on July 23rd, at the 29th Meeting,
detailed consideration, possibly in con-
junction with other interested persons, might
more profitably be deferred till the 30th
Meeting.
