The following points should be carefully noted:-
(a) You are entitled to be represented at the hearing before the Board by a friend, or by counsel or solicitor, but if you propose to employ counsel or solicitor, you must give written notice to the Director of Medical and Sanitary Ser- vices at the address mentioned above at least seven days before the hearing.
