Owing to a misunderstanding the grant of £50 provided in 1930 Estimates was not paid by the Crown Agents until May, 1931. Thus the current year's expenditure is charged with two years grants.

The sum voted in 1930 was $821 and in 1931 $750 against which expenditure amounts to $2,022. A vote is therefore necessary for $1,272 of which $821 is a revote of money which lapsed last year and the balance $551 is due to the fall in exchange.
