PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Covernor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and
its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, do by the se
presents appoint you SIR IO-SON CHOW provisionally and
subject to His Majesty's pleasure to be an Unofficial
Member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong for a further period of five years.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony, at Government House, Victoria, Hong Kong, this 9th day of July, 1931.
