Extraterritoriality in China. Lampson has now reported that
agreement has been reached with Wang on text of draft treaty
etc. ad referendum to the respective Governments,
Announcement is being made in Parliament to-day to the effect
that negotiations have reached a stage which enables them to be
reported to the respective Governments and that it is hoped
that further statement may be made shortly.
