I should be glad of your instructions in due course regarding communication of further texts to French and Japanese. I have not yet informed either of precise manner in which negotiations have been wound up and am now inclined subject to nature of statement you may make in Parliament to leave things as they are and communicate nothing more, at least until pressed to do so.
