On April 18th I discussed with Minister for
Foreign Affairs ground covered in recent negotiations
between Mr. Teichmann and Hsu-Mo.
We reached agree-
ment on following amendments to agreed texts of
March 27th.

honour to declare that amongst legal counsellors above referred to there will also be included one legal counsellor of Chinese nationality, to be similarly selected and appointed from aongst Chinese legal experts possessing the same training qualifications and experience and that this Chinese legal counsellor will have the same functions as the other legal
counsellors.
