(2) Quarry Bay Inland Lot No.4.

(a) The lessees to surrender the existing Crown

Lease of Inland Lot No.4 when called upon

to do so by the Land Officer.

(b) The lessees to be granted a new Crown Lease

of the area edged green on plan, the new

Crown Lease to be for the same term and

commence from the same date as the existing

Crown Lease of Quarry Bay Inland Lot No.4

and to be subject to all the clauses and

covenants contained therein.

(c)

Crown Rent for the re-adjusted lot to be

at the rate of $100.00 per acre per annum,

calculated to the nearest even dollar

commencing from the date of a letter from

the Director of Public Works stating that

the revised area is at the lessees disposal.

(d) The lessees to pay the sum of $6.25 for

each new boundary stone required to define

the lot, also the cost of refixing any

existing boundary stones; the stones will be supplied and fixed by the Director of

Public Works.

(e) The lessees to pay to the Land Officer on

demand the sum of $30.00 for the new Crown

Lease.

(3) Tai Kat Street.

(a) The lessees to surrender the Crown Lease

of Shaukiwan Inland Lot No.408 and Shaukiwan

Marine Lot No.2 when required by the Land

Officer.

(b) The lessees to be granted a new Crown Lease

to include Shaukiwan Inland Lot No.408 and

Shaukiwan Marine Lot No.2 and the area

coloured red on plan, the new lot to be known

as Shaukiwan Marine Lot No.2. The new Crown

Lease to commence from the date of giving

possession of the new lot and to be subject

to all the terms and conditions contained in

the existing Crown Lease of Shaukiwan Marine

Lot No.2.

(c) The revised Crown Rent for Shaukiwan Marine

Lot No.2 as re-adjusted to be made up as

follows viz:- Actual rents as at present

paid for Shauk iw an Inland Lot No.408 and

Shaukiwan Marine Lot No.2, plus Crown Rent

on the area coloured red on plan calculated

at the rate of $350.00 per acre per annum.

The total revised Crown Rent to be calculated

to the nearest even dollar and to commence

from the date of giving possession of the

area coloured red on plan.

(d) The lessees to pay the sum of $6.25 for each

new boundary stone required to define the

lot, also the cost of refixing any existing

boundary stones; the stones will be supplied

and fixed by the Director of Public Works.

The lessees to pay to the Land Officer on
